He did his DNB in General Surgery from Apollo Hospitals in Chennai and his MBBS degree from Sri Venkateshwara Medical College (SVMC), Tirupati. He has received his laparoscopic training from AIIMS, New Delhi and Fellowship and Diploma in Laparoscopic surgery from World Laparoscopic Hospital, Gurgaon, Delhi.
He has received Fellowships in Advanced Laparoscopic surgery, Robotic surgery, Advanced Laparoscopic Hernia Surgery and hands-on training in Endo Venous Thermal Ablations for Varicose veins.
